data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La CSS est une aide, valable un an, permettant de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;une prise en charge de la part non rembours\u00e9e par l&rsquo;assurance maladie (<a href=\"https:\/\/pierre-noblet-dev.tech\/public\/?p=518\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cf. fiche PUMa<\/a>), avec ou sans participation financi\u00e8re (voir panier des soins plus bas).<\/p><p><strong>Proc\u00e9dure, dur\u00e9es et d\u00e9lais<\/strong><\/p><p>La CSS\u00a0 ne peut \u00eatre demand\u00e9e qu\u2019une fois par foyer (<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">conjoint(e), concubin(e) ou Pacs, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">personnes \u00e0 votre charge de moins de 25 ans).<\/span><\/p><ul><li>Prise d&rsquo;effet : le 1er jour du mois qui suit la demande ou<\/li><\/ul><p>Si votre situation l&rsquo;exige, les droits peuvent prendre effet :<\/p><p>au 1er jour du mois la date de d\u00e9cision de la cpam mais si la situation l&rsquo;exige :<\/p><p>au 1er jour du mois de d\u00e9p\u00f4t de la demande avec effet r\u00e9troactif de 2 mois maximum, en cas d&rsquo;hospitalisation<\/p><ul><li>Dur\u00e9e : 1 an renouvelable (automatique pour les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de l&rsquo; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pierre-noblet-dev.tech\/public\/?p=378\">ASPA<\/a><\/strong> et du <a href=\"https:\/\/pierre-noblet-dev.tech\/public\/?p=84\"><strong>RSA.)<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li>D\u00e9lai de renouvellement : 2-4 mois avant la fin<\/li><li>D\u00e9lai de refus implicite : 2 mois sans r\u00e9ponse.<\/li><\/ul><p>Dans le cas o\u00f9 votre droit ne serait pas renouvel\u00e9, si vous aviez choisi un organisme compl\u00e9mentaire pour g\u00e9rer votre Compl\u00e9mentaire sant\u00e9 solidaire, <strong>vous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiez d\u2019une ann\u00e9e de prolongation de votre contrat aupr\u00e8s du m\u00eame organisme,<\/strong> avec les m\u00eames prestations et pour une cotisation \u00e0 tarif privil\u00e9gi\u00e9.<\/p><ul><li>D\u00e9lai de recours : moins de 2 mois apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9cision de refus<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section exceptions<\/a>) ou<a href=\"https:\/\/pierre-noblet-dev.tech\/public\/?p=926\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> \u00eatre domicili\u00e9 (cf. fiche)<\/a> depuis plus de 3 mois<\/li><li>\u00eatre en situation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.<\/li><li>percevoir des ressources ne d\u00e9passant pas un certain plafond.(exemple pour le plafond CSS sans participation financi\u00e8re = 8 591 \u20ac par an pour une personne seule, avec participation financi\u00e8re 12 084 \u20ac)<\/li><li>Disposer d&rsquo;une adresse ou domiciliation.<\/li><li><p>Les conditions pour ne rien payer :<\/p><ol><li>respecter le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ameli.fr\/seine-saint-denis\/assure\/remboursements\/etre-bien-rembourse\/medecin-traitant-parcours-soins-coordonnes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">parcours de soins coordonn\u00e9s<\/a>,<\/li><li>s&rsquo;adresser \u00e0 des professionnels de sant\u00e9 conventionn\u00e9s,<\/li><li>pr\u00e9senter la carte Vitale \u00e0 jour ou l&rsquo;attestation de droit \u00e0 droits est t\u00e9l\u00e9chargeable depuis le compte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ameli.fr\/seine-saint-denis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ameli<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0rubrique \u00ab\u00a0Mes d\u00e9marches\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p>Lorsque la compl\u00e9mentaire sant\u00e9 solidaire avec participation financi\u00e8re est notifi\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019assur\u00e9, un bulletin<br \/>d\u2019adh\u00e9sion et un mandat de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement lui sont adress\u00e9s.<br \/><strong>Il est important que ces documents compl\u00e9t\u00e9s soient renvoy\u00e9s tr\u00e8s rapidement
