data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L&rsquo;allocation aux adultes handicap\u00e9s (AAH) est une aide financi\u00e8re ou une allocation de solidarit\u00e9 destin\u00e9e \u00e0 assurer aux personnes handicap\u00e9es un minimum de ressources.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal;\">Le taux d&rsquo;incapacit\u00e9 est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par la\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal;\"><a style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal;\" href=\"https:\/\/handicap.gouv.fr\/les-aides-et-les-prestations\/maison-departementale-du-handicap\/article\/la-commission-des-droits-et-de-l-autonomie-des-personnes-handicapees\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CDAPH<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>des maisons d\u00e9partementales des personnes handicap\u00e9es (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cettefamille.com\/trouver-clic-mdph\/seine-saint-denis-93\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>MDPH<\/strong><\/a>)\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal;\">qui\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal;\">accorde l&rsquo;AAH.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal;\">L&rsquo;AAH est ensuite vers\u00e9e par la CAF et demande une d\u00e9claration trimestrielle de ressources.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Cumul de l\u2019AAH et <a href=\"https:\/\/pierre-noblet-dev.tech\/public\/pension-dinvalidite-provisoire-et-asi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pension d&rsquo;invalidit\u00e9<\/a> :<\/strong> si le montant de la prestation invalidit\u00e9 accord\u00e9e par la cpam\u00a0 est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de l&rsquo;AAH, une AAH diff\u00e9rentielle sera accord\u00e9e par la\u00a0 CAF.<\/p><p>Si le montant de la prestation invalidit\u00e9 est sup\u00e9rieur au montant de l&rsquo;AAH, l\u2019assur\u00e9 n\u2019aura pas droit \u00e0 l&rsquo;AAH.<\/p><aside class=\"bloc_notes grid\"><div class=\"exemple col_8\"><p><strong>Cumul de l\u2019AAH et <a href=\"https:\/\/pierre-noblet-dev.tech\/public\/aspa-allocation-de-solidarite-aux-personnes-agees\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ASPA<\/a> <\/strong>possible\u00a0dans la limite de l&rsquo;AAH \u00e0 taux plein.<\/p><p><strong>Non cumul de l&rsquo;AAH et <a href=\"https:\/\/pierre-noblet-dev.tech\/public\/ass-allocation-de-solidarite-specifique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ASS<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"_wp_link_placeholder\">\u00a0<\/a>
