personne, le relev\u00e9 des sanctions p\u00e9nales, des d\u00e9cisions judiciaires ou administratives entra\u00eenant une privation de droit, et des d\u00e9cisions affectant l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 parentale.<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 6.0pt;\">Il existe 3 types de bulletins, dont le contenu varie selon la gravit\u00e9 des sanctions. Seul le bulletin n\u00b03, qui comprend les sanctions les plus graves, peut \u00eatre d\u00e9livr\u00e9 \u00e0 la personne concern\u00e9e. meurtre ou assassinat commis avec tortures ou actes de barbarie<\/p><p>&#8211; prox\u00e9n\u00e9tisme \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard d&rsquo;un mineur<\/p><p>&#8211; recours \u00e0 la prostitution d&rsquo;un mineur<\/p><p>&#8211; Elle peut par exemple \u00eatre justifi\u00e9e par un projet professionnel, un casier judiciaire vierge \u00e9tant indispensable pour l&rsquo;exercice de certains m\u00e9tiers.<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 6.0pt;\">La demande doit \u00eatre adress\u00e9e, si aucun appel n&rsquo;a eu lieu :<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 6.0pt;\">au procureur de la R\u00e9publique du tribunal qui a prononc\u00e9 la condamnation ou, en cas de plusieurs condamnations, au dernier tribunal concern\u00e9<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 6.0pt;\">ou, en cas d&rsquo;appel ou de jugement par la cour d&rsquo;assises, au procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la cour d&rsquo;appel.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 6.0pt;\">La demande en r\u00e9habilitation judiciaire doit \u00eatre adress\u00e9e au procureur de la R\u00e9publique de la r\u00e9sidence actuelle du condamn\u00e9 ou, s&rsquo;il demeure \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger, au procureur de la R\u00e9publique de sa derni\u00e8re r\u00e9sidence en France ou, \u00e0 d\u00e9faut, \u00e0 celui du lieu de
